Information clause on the processing of personal data
In accordance with Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we inform you that:

3) The processing of your personal data will take place on the basis of Article 6(1) of the GDPR and for the purpose of:
a) performance of the sales contract for products offered by PHU METALDREW in order to properly execute the order (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR)
b) marketing and promotional purposes for the purpose of concluding future sales and purchase agreements (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR)
c) financial and accounting purposes for the purpose of fulfilling tax and legal obligations (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c of the GDPR)
d) defense against claims and pursuing claims for the legitimate interest of PHU METALDREW (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR)
e) complaints for the purpose of proper after-sales service (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR)
4) In certain situations, the Controller has the right to transfer your data to other entities if this is necessary to perform the contract. The Controller may transfer your data:
a) persons authorized by the Administrator, employees and associates who must have access to the data to perform their duties,
b) to processors to whom the Administrator commissions activities requiring data processing,
c) other data recipients, e.g. couriers, banks, insurers, law firms, hosting providers, accounting offices, mailing system providers.
5) In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have certain rights, including: the right to access your data, the right to rectify such data, the right to erase such data, the right to restrict the processing of such data, and the right to transfer such data – in accordance with the principles set out in personal data protection regulations, including the EU Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office; ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
6) We have appropriate measures in place to protect personal data against accidental loss. Only those individuals who, due to their roles, require access to your data have access. They process the information confidentially and in accordance with the law.
