A professional unwinder designed for polypropylene (PP), polyester (PET), and steel strapping. The device is equipped with a 1200 mm long boom with a balancer, which allows for convenient attachment of a tensioner or battery-powered strapping tool. This allows the operator to always have a tool at hand, significantly speeding up the packaging process and increasing work comfort.
The unwinder accommodates rolls with internal diameters of 200, 280, and 406 mm. It features a spacious storage compartment for tools and accessories, a holder for an adhesive tape dispenser, and a guide for easily pulling the tape under the pallet.
The robust, welded construction ensures high stability even when working with heavy rolls of tape. Four wheels allow for easy movement of the device around the production hall or warehouse.
1. Durable steel construction
The unwinder is made of high-quality steel, ensuring durability, stability, and resistance to mechanical damage. Its design ensures optimal balance and easy maneuverability. The robust construction and stable frame ensure the unwinder remains securely in place during operation. The device won't slide or tip over, even with heavy use. The unwinder is equipped with four wheels, including two large rear transport wheels and two front swivel wheels with brakes. This design ensures excellent mobility and easy maneuverability, even in confined spaces.
Once the device is positioned in the work area, simply lock the front wheels with the brakes to ensure the unwinder remains completely stable. This safety feature effectively prevents the device from moving spontaneously while unwinding strapping and securing loads, increasing operator safety and comfort.
2. Compatibility with PP and PET tapes
The device accommodates rolls with internal diameters of 200 mm, 280 mm, and 406 mm. This allows the user to use different types of tape without having to purchase multiple unwinders, resulting in lower operating costs and greater flexibility.
3. Ergonomic handles and guides
The unwinder is equipped with a 1200 mm steel boom and a balancer that allows for the suspension of a battery-powered strapping tool or tensioner. This solution significantly reduces the operator's workload, improves workstation ergonomics, and reduces fatigue during long hours of pallet strapping. The tool is always at hand, speeding up subsequent operations.
4. Brake roller / safety brake
A specially designed guide allows the strap to be quickly and conveniently routed under the pallet without the need to bend down or manually drag it across the floor. This solution shortens packaging time and increases operator comfort.
5. Clip container
The central part of the device features a spacious compartment measuring 430 × 170 × 95 mm, designed for storing clips, sleeves, tools, and other accessories necessary for strapping loads. All items are always in one place, streamlining workflow.
6. Holder for adhesive tape dispenser
The unwinder is equipped with a special holder for convenient storage of the adhesive tape dispenser. This allows the operator to simultaneously use strapping tape and packing tape without having to set down tools or move between stations.
7.Mobility and easy movement
The unwinder is equipped with two large transport wheels and two swivel wheels located at the front of the device. This design provides excellent maneuverability and allows the unwinder to be easily moved between workstations, even when fully loaded.
