Where do we get your data from?

We receive it in connection with transactions and information submitted at our company's headquarters or remotely via various media, such as email, fax, or telephone. It includes, in particular, your name, address, shipping address, telephone number, email address, Tax Identification Number (NIP), and any other data you provide. If you are an entrepreneur running a sole proprietorship or a civil partnership, your data may also come from, or be supplemented with, data from the CEIDG database, the Provincial Statistical Office database, or business entity databases. When you visit our websites, data related to your visit is automatically collected, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system type, domain name, activity on the website—subpages viewed, purchase history, search terms, etc.

The purpose of processing personal data

We process your personal data because it is necessary to:

• You do not cooperate with the Administrator's contractor,
• You are no longer the contact person in the Administrator-Contractor relationship,
• You do not consent to further processing of your data by the Administrator.
