We paint metal parts using powder coating. The resulting paint finish is resistant to corrosion, chemicals, high temperatures, and mechanical damage.

Surface preparation
Immersion etching (baths), depending on the material, we select the chemicals and bath length.

Sandblasting, shot blasting.

Powder coating process
Korona – electrostatic spray used for most surfaces, very economical, allowing painting of glossy paints.

Tribo – electrokinetic spray used for surfaces with complex shapes, ideal for large-scale industrial painting.
